Without additives, mixtures and preservatives. Sourdough of our own production. Traditional recipes are passed down from generation to generation. We prepare bread on natural sourdough by long fermentation of dough from 8 to 40 hours, which gives it a unique taste and aroma, as well as a complex of vitamins and amino acids. Baking in the oven creates a crispy crust and a stretching porous crumb. We do not use ready-made mixes, flavour enhancers and frozen dough.
