We prepare bread on natural sourdough by long fermentation of dough from 8 to 40 hours, which gives it a unique taste and aroma, as well as a complex of vitamins and amino acids. Baking in the oven creates a crispy crust and a stretching porous crumb. We do not use ready-made mixes, flavour enhancers and frozen dough.
